Application deadlines

January 7st, 2013 is the deadline for applications to the LCT program for both overseas and non-overseas applicants who wish to apply for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship.

May 1st, 2013 is the deadline for application to the LCT program for both overseas and non-overseas applicants who have their own funding.

The same application procedure applies in both cases.

Application Assessment and Selection Schedule

The application assessment process starts after the respective deadline.

Assessment of the EM scholarship applications proceeds according to the following schedule:

February 15, 2013: a ranking of the candidates will be established
February 18, 2013: candidates selected for acceptance for one of the EM scholarships, pending EU approval, will be notified of their status and asked to confirm their application and the university allocation
Februrary 22, 2013: acceptance candidates must have confirmed their status and host university assignment
February 25, 2013: reserve-list and rejected candidates will be notified of their status
February 28, 2013: ranked list of accepted and reserve candidates is sent to the EU for approval; applicants will be notified of their final accepted/reserve status as soon as the EU approval is available
