Instructions

Please note that submission for the academic year 2010/2011 will open in August, 2009. After that time, you can follow these instructions to submit. Please follow these instructions in order to submit an application:

1. Use the pre-registration interface to provide the main information on your application. You will be given an id/password which must later be used to access the system during the following steps, so be careful to remember it.

2. After the pre-registration, you can access the upload files interface to upload files associated with your application.

   The deadine for uploading the files is January 08, 2010.
